1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has started, been delivered, or completed. However, refund requests may be reviewed fairly under specific circumstances mentioned in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund may be approved if:
- The project has not yet started and the client requests cancellation within 7 days of payment.
- Fit Multilevel LLC is unable to start the project due to internal reasons.
- Payment was made mistakenly or duplicated.
🔁 Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund may be considered if:
- The project has started but is less than 50% completed.
- Monthly or recurring services are canceled before the next billing cycle begins.
- A portion of the agreed services has not yet been delivered.
Partial refunds are calculated based on completed work, project progress, time invested, and delivered resources.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The project is substantially completed or delivered.
- Delays occur because the client failed to provide content, approvals, access, or necessary information.
- The client changes their mind after work has begun.
- Services were paused or canceled by the client during development.
- The client chooses another provider after project initiation.
- Third-party issues occur involving hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, or external platforms not controlled by Fit Multilevel LLC.
- SEO ranking fluctuations or algorithm updates beyond our control.
3. Digital Products & Downloadable Items
All digital products, templates, downloadable files, or custom-developed assets are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
4. Subscription & Monthly Services
For recurring services such as SEO, website maintenance, or ongoing support:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- No refunds will be issued for active billing periods once work has started.
- Services remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
If an unjustified chargeback or dispute is filed:
- Service access may be suspended immediately.
- Fit Multilevel LLC reserves the right to submit evidence of completed work, communication history, and delivered services to the payment provider.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent termination of services.
